Needle exchange program participation varies across Indiana

In Indiana, five counties have established syringe exchange programs, or SEPs.  The State Department of health reports more than a thousand people have enrolled in these programs in Fayette, Monroe, Scott, Madison, and Wayne counties.  But as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Sarah Fentem reports, some exchanges are more successful than others.
