Charitable Gift Annuities
A charitable gift annuity allows you to make a gift and receive fixed annuity payments for the rest of your life and/or the life of a loved one you choose. The size of the payments depends on the age of the annuitant at the time the charitable gift annuity is established. The donor receives an income tax charitable deduction for a portion of the gift as well as significant amount of tax-free income. At the end of the lives of the annuitants, the residual is used for the benefit of IPR as you choose. Charitable Remainder Trusts
A charitable remainder trust allows you to make a gift and receive fixed payments – or payments that may grow along with the investments of the trust – for a term of years not to exceed twenty years or for the rest of your life and/or the life of loved ones you choose. The donor receives an income tax charitable deduction for a portion of the gift. At the end of the trust, the residual is used for the benefit of IPR as you choose.
