James Alexander Thom of Owen County has written more than a dozen novels, mostly historical, heavily researched fiction about colonial life. We visit Jim and his wife Dark Rain in their 1840’s cabin back in the wooded hills outside Bloomington to talk about early life in the region and great historical figures including Tecumseh.
