Brevini to pay Delaware County another penalty for failing to bring jobs

Wind turbine maker Brevini Wind will pay Delaware County 800,000 dollars after failing to bring 450 promised factory jobs to Muncie. Only 60 jobs ever materialized, and just a handful of those positions remain. Brevini paid Delaware County more than quarter-of-a-million dollars last year for missing employment goals.
