Muncie’s East Washington Academy parents concerned about school’s future

Parents say heating problems at Muncie’s East Washington Academy elementary school means the district with shrinking enrollment could easily target their building for permanent closure.  But as IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann reports, school district officials say they are not singling out the school.
