Flood Warning continues for Eel River

The National Weather Service continues a Flood Warning for the Eel River at North Manchester affecting Miami and Wabash counties in the IPR listening area, as well as Cass, Kosciusko, and Whitley counties, until Wednesday evening.  Recent rainfall and melting snow have led to rises on area rivers.
