Indiana Senate Democrats release redistricting map proposals
The Indiana Senate Democrats have released their proposed redistricting maps today. Senator Minority Leader Vi Simpson says their maps promote good government.
Simpson says Senate Democrats still hope redistricting will be decided by a non-partisan commission. But because she says Senate Republicans continue to reject that idea, Democrats felt compelled to move forward with map proposals.
