Construction of $200 Million Development Slated for Westfield

The Westfield City Council has approved a major project that is expected to create more than 1,000 jobs in the Hamilton County city’s downtown. Westfield-based EdgeRock Development plans to break ground on the $200 million Grand Millennium Center project this spring. The Grand Millennium Center will include a 150,000 square-foot convention center, a 500-room hotel, a YMCA, office space and housing.
