Hundreds of workers from Carrier, the manufacturing plant in Indianapolis, are losing their jobs as the company relocates some of its operations to Mexico. Wednesday, Mayor Joe Hogsett announced the city’s plan to help them recover. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Drew Daudelin explains how.
