$40 Million Renovation of BSU Residence Hall Complete, Ready for New School Year

Ball State University says it is ready to open the doors of a newly-renovated $40 million residence hall when classes resume next week. Schmidt/Wilson Residence Hall will house more than 500 students primarily in the theater, dance and design programs. The eight-story building features several amenities catering to students in those programs, including a black box theater for staged performances, movie screening and performance lounge, dance studio and design studio with drafting and lighting tables.
