Hoosier Lottery: Winning Ticket Sold In Valparaiso

The Hoosier Lottery says it sold a winning ticket in Valparaiso that’s now worth more than $25 million.
State lottery officials say one ticket sold at a BP gas station on Calumet Avenue in Valparaiso matched all six numbers in Saturday’s drawing. That jackpot is worth $25.2 million.
Officials say the winning ticket holder should contact lottery customer service to claim the prize.
Other Hoosiers may never know who ended up with the ticket. Indiana state law allows legal trusts or limited liability corporations to collect lottery prizes, allowing winners to remain anonymous.
The Hoosier Lottery says odds of winning Saturday’s jackpot was 1 in more than 9 million.
