“Landfill Greenhouse” – 1/16/15

The coldest months of the year are also some of the busiest months for the nation’s 18-thousand greenhouses and nurseries. This is when they’re growing the Easter Lillies for April, the geraniums, ferns and flowers for spring. Those companies include a central Indiana business where more than half a million geraniums are sprouting this week.
