“Animal Shelter”

We’re about to enter a busy time of the year for the Muncie Animal Shelter. In a few weeks the annual pet population explosion will occur – doubling or tripling the number of unclaimed dogs and cats there. We visit the shelter to see how they’re preparing, and to hear an urgent message they have for pet owners.
