South Bend Schools Pass Plan to Cope With Shrinking Enrollments

Listeners in Muncie have recent memories of school closings and consolidations.  Similar moves are being made in St. Joseph County.  The South Bend School Corporation passed the Focus 2018 school plan Monday with a unanimous vote. Residents again got the opportunity to voice concerns before school board members voted on the much scrutinized plan.
