Census Shows Kokomo On The Rebound

Kokomo was once described by Forbes as one of the nation’s fastest-dying cities, due to the loss of automotive jobs. Now, Kokomo seems to be putting a halt to that trend. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Kokomo saw a small increase in population between 2016 and 2017. Bloomberg recently ranked the city as having the third-best jobs improvement in the country since the recession, when local unemployment topped 20-percent.
