Muncie’s 36th Annual Old Washington Street Festival and Historic Home Tour is Sept. 15-16. Along with the tours they’ll have arts and crafts, food and entertainment. But this festival also offers a chance to step back a bit – from the busy 21st century life of Muncie today – to what the city was like in another time.
