Indiana cherishes the Wabash River, so maybe it’s no surprise that several environmental and arts groups starting in Terre Haute have gotten together to designate 2013 as the “Year of the River.” Elsewhere, this is the season for two-wheel travelers. You’ve seen the mopeds, you may know some Boomer trying to recapture lost youth with a Harley – or somebody just trying to cut commuting costs. But when you’re on two wheels, how can you make that riding as safe as possible?
