Amtrack and Indiana discuss who will pay for train service

Amtrack has told Indiana officials that it will cut its passenger-rail service on a line between Chicago and Indianapolis by more than half next year, unless the state chips in to cover the cost.  As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Sehvilla Mann reports, that could be a hard adjustment for the cities along the route.
