The Erskine Green Training Institute, a first-of-its-kind center for people with disabilities, has graduated its first class of students in Muncie. As they head toward jobs in the hospitality industry, the students call it a life-changing experience.

Brendan Cifone, a blind graduate of the Erskine Green Training Institute, plays guitar to relax between assignments during his internship at the Courtyard Muncie at Horizon Convention Center.
