Ball State University President Geoff Mearns returns this week for the Ball State Update. Today we’ll hear about the university’s latest COVID numbers – infections and vaccinations – and about COVID-19 second boosters for those age 50 and older.  He also has details on One Ball State Day – a one-day fundraiser for the school. It was a record-setter this year.  Speaking of setting – the volleyball kind, that is – we’ll catch up with the men’s volleyball Cardinals, ranked 4th and 7th in two national collegiate polls.  And we’ll ask for President Mearns’ reflections on the school’s new men’s head basketball coach, Michael Lewis.
