The Indiana General Assembly returns to work on Jan. 7, a budget-writing session that will consider topics from job training to the funding for Indiana’s colleges and universities. Among those with the best view of what’s going on is Ed Feigenbaum, a veteran Statehouse reporter who runs INGroup, a Noblesville company that publishes Indiana Legislative Insight as well as newsletters on the gambling industry and state education.
