We visit the Wildcat wind turbine farm, a $400 million construction project changing the landscape across parts of Tipton and Madison counties.  Developers of wind-turbine energy are racing to complete the 125 towers – each one soaring more than 300 feet in the air – to qualify for tax credits that could expire at the end of the year.
