Indiana Weekend – “Muncie Symphony Orchestra” 8/1/14

Muncie Symphony Orchestra opens its new season this month with Picnic and Pops, a free Summer Stage event on the Minnetrista Lawn, Aug. 27. The schedule includes local singer Jennie DeVoe in the Holiday Pops, and even a performance of video game music – combined with synchronized lighting, live action, and audience interactivity. We’ll hear a season preview from Alena McKenzie, executive director of the symphony.
