Can we improve the economy in local communities by making them more interesting places to live? “Primacy of Place” is the strategy of trying to improve life experiences for people and visitors in communities, and the idea is getting a lot of attention across the state. That includes Muncie, where the Delaware County Historical Society and other groups are thinking about how arts, cultural and historical offerings can increase a community’s attractiveness.
