“Food Banks” – 12/5/14

The season of giving is also the season – for many people – of hunger. The Agriculture Department says about 15 percent of Americans are considered “food insecure,” struggling to get enough to eat. And again this year we’re hearing about food pantries struggling to keep up with demand. In our area, that means a bigger challenge for the Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana.
