Tuesday is the last day for Indiana political candidates to respond to Project Vote Smart’s Political Courage Test.  The test shows voters where candidates stand on the issues.  But nationally, fewer than half of  candidates respond.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Micah Schweizer reports.
