Today, Indiana Public Radio and Indiana Public Broadcasting continue our congressional series with the 8^th district.  When U.S. Senator Evan Bayh announced his retirement last February, a game of musical chairs for his seat began.  Current Congressman Brad Ellsworth is running for Bayh’s seat, which leaves the 8^th district seat open.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Micah Schweizer reports.
