Ball State University’s David Owsley Museum of Art celebrated its expansion this weekend with a ribbon hanging ceremony and public reception.  As IPR’s Lisa Ryan reports, museum officials say Owsley is responsible for a large part of the museum’s vast collection.

The museum on the Ball State campus is open to the public, both on weekdays and weekends, with free admission.
