Muncie state representative spreads awareness of recycled bottle bill

Indiana is the second-largest state for glass manufacturing facilities in the country, but the state does not have a program to incentivize Hoosiers to recycle those containers.  Now, a local legislator and business leader are supporting ways to stop the waste.  IPR’s Payne Horning reports.
