Ball State helps Burmese former political prisoners with Myanmar’s first modern political science school

Muncie’s Ball State University is helping former political prisoners in Myanmar – a country with a tumultuous political history – bring the study of political science back to the Burmese people. IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann reports.
