Muncie listed as one of “poorest cities” in America
A national publication has named Muncie, Indiana as the 10th “poorest city” in America. It’s a title that Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler says is unfair and doesn’t show the improvements the city has been making. IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann talks with Tyler about how Muncie is fairing in the world.
