Ball State president requests state money; announces new science building

Ball State University president Paul Ferguson appeared before the State Budget Committee Wednesday afternoon to ask for state support for the next two years. As IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann reports, the Muncie school is asking for money to build a new academic building.
