Legislation encourages Indiana to think regionally

Economic leaders fear Indiana isn’t attracting enough people into the state to keep its GDP growing steadily. More than 80 percent of the state’s growth in the last decade can be attributed to births, not migration. As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Payne Horning reports, lawmakers are hoping new legislation will reverse that trend by encouraging communities to work together.
