“Seller’s Market” Now for Job Seekers

(INDIANAPOLIS) – Indiana‘s shrinking talent pool means more companies are offering incentives to keep workers happy and loyal. Amber Crosby of That‘s Good HR says it has become an “employee‘s job market” these days. Crosby says many job applicants currently have “three or four offers on the table” before they make final decisions. She adds the continued improvement in the economy is keeping headhunters busy.
