Gearbox Muncie : A First Look

One of Muncie’s most hyped economic development projects this season is the new Gearbox maker hub, located in what used to be the Cintas building on Madison Street. The Muncie Arts and Culture Council, Ball State University, and Ball Memorial Hospital are all working together to make a space for creativity in all forms. IPR’s Keagan Beresford explains the big plans for the building before tenants are supposed to move in next spring.
