State Supreme Court Taking Applications
(INDIANAPOLIS)- The Indiana Supreme Court if now taking applications for the soon to be vacated justice seat. Justice Brent Dickson announced earlier this week that he would be stepping down as he reaches the justice age limit of 75. Applicants have to have been an Indiana resident and licensed attorney for 10 years or a judge for 5 years. The choice will ultimately be Governor Pence’s but a 7-member commission is responsible to reviewing applicants and making recommendations.
