Taylor University up-cycles abandoned bicycles for “taxi” program

taxi bikes2Many colleges and large cities have tried communal bicycle sharing programs – check out a bike from one location, use it to run errands, return it at another drop-off point. In Upland, Taylor University has added a recycling element to their program by repurposing abandoned bicycles. IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann reports on the Taylor Taxis.
