(MUNCIE) – Ball State improved to 6-2 as the Cards beat IUPUI 61-58. Francis Kiapway scored 14 points and hit 5-of-6 free throws in the final minute of play to seal the victory. Ball State used 10 blocks to slow down the Jaguars and held IUPUI to 38.7 percent shooting. The Cardinals remain unbeaten at home and are riding a five-game winning streak. Next up for the Cards is a Saturday home game with New Orleans.
