Heavy rains this summer and lower crop prices this fall are amplifying the strain Indiana farmers say they face from the state’s property tax structure. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Charlotte Tuggle revisited a farmer she profiled earlier this year and reports he believes he may be in a worse place than last year.
