(INDIANAPOLIS) – One of two Muslims in Congress says there is no place for Donald Trump’s rhetoric about Islam. Rep. Andre Carson (D, IN) says he is “deeply troubled” by the Republican presidential candidate’s call for a ban on all Muslim travel to the U.S. Trump did so in statement to reporters and later in a speech aboard the USS Yorktown in South Carolina on Monday, comments that Carson referred to as “asinine” on Twitter.
