New Tangent on Meth Legislation Discussed at Statehouse

(INDIANAPOLIS) — There’s a new twist on the push to require prescriptions for cold meds containing pseudoephedrine. Instead of requiring a prescription for everyone, Auburn Representative Ben Smaltz (R) is proposing to maintain the status quo — if you already fill another prescription at a pharmacy.
