(FORTVILLE)- A Mt. Vernon High School student has been arrested for allegedly threatening a shooting at the school. Fortville police said they had taken a juvenile suspect into custody following the threat, made after classes ended Monday. Mt. Vernon Schools Superintendent Dr. Shane Robbins released a statement Tuesday applauding police efforts in the case and assuring parents of their students’ safety at the school.
