Ball State needed overtime to beat Western Michigan at Worthen Arena, Saturday, 75 to 71. The Cards are tied for first in the MAC West with Central Michigan. And the Ball State women’s basketball Cardinals beat Buffalo on the road, 59 to 57 a half-game behind Central Michigan in the MAC West.
