James Whitford’s Ball State men’s basketball Cardinals take the short drive to Oxford, Ohio to face Miami, tonight at 7. The Cards are coming off an impressive 12-point road win on Saturday at Central Michigan. Earlier in the season, Ball State came back from 14 points down to beat Miami at Worthen Arena. The Cards are 16-and-9 overall, and 7-and-5 in the MAC West; Miami is 9-and-16 overall, and 3-and-9 in the MAC East. You can see the game, tonight at 7, on ESPN-3.

In women’s college basketball, Ball State ‘s Nathalie Fontaine received her conference-best fifth MAC West Player of the Week honor, Monday, from the Mid-American Conference.
