Hepatitis C can be an expensive condition

Madison County has been running a state-approved needle exchange program for more than six months. Like some other Indiana counties, it was set up to combat Hepatitis C cases among IV drug users. As IPR’s Keagan Beresford reports, that’s led both doctors and those living with Hepatitis C to question how traditional healthcare deals with the condition.
