IU Health Raising Its Minimum Wage

By Network Indiana | Published on in Uncategorized

(BLOOMINGTON) – Hospitals and facilities run by IU Health will now be paying some workers a higher wage. Last week, the Bloomington-based health care clinic announced that it would pay its workers a minimum wage of $11 an hour, raising it from the federal standard of $7.25. The change is expected to affect more than 1,000 employees throughout the state, and will apply to both clinical and nonclinical workers.
