Henry County Inmate Victim of Homicide
(NEW CASTLE) – The Marion County Coroner has ruled the death of Henry County Jail inmate, 32-year-old Brian Gosser, as a homicide. Gosser was accused of drunk driving. The coroner’s office said he had injuries “covering his body” when he was transferred to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis–where he died Friday night.
Gosser had been taken initially to the Henry County Hospital in New Castle. The Henry County Prosecutor says Gosser may have been involved in a fight at the jail. State Police, the Henry County Sheriff’s Department and New Castle Police are investigating.
