Muncie to redevelop east side manufacturing site

Kitselman TrailheadThe city of Muncie says it is redeveloping an old manufacturing site to become both a privately-owned business park and a new east-side gate to the city.  As IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann reports, the development is coupled with environmental improvements and quality of life projects.
