(WINCHESTER) – Randolph County has been added to the Northeast Indiana Foreign-Trade Zone. It was the last county in Indiana to join one, and now becomes a member of Zone 182 along with 11 other counties. That means local businesses can now have access to materials with reduced U.S. Customs duties on things being imported or exported.
