Study says electric vehicle tax won’t make up lost road funding

Hoosier researchers say a flat fee on electric vehicles won’t help solve declining road funding revenues, like those faced here in the state.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports on an IUPUI study that looks at a road funding option Indiana has considered.
